Upon scheduling your appointment for a physician consultation or laser/skin service clients will be asked to use a credit card to guarantee the appointment. If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours notice. This is necessary due to the unavoidable expense and valuable time allocated to patients when they make the appointment. This courtesy on your part will make it possible to give your appointment to another patient. You will not be charged a fee unless you fail to cancel within less than 48 hours or fail to show up for your appointment.
Our scheduling is designed to permit the correct amount of time to complete your service. A late arrival will deprive you of precious treatment time. In fairness to others, your treatment must end on time so the next patient’s session can begin at their scheduled time. If you are not able to be on time we will do our best to complete as much of your treatment as possible. With some treatments, it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment.
Our office provides on-call service for emergencies, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. After hours, call 610-337-7662 and you will be connected to a 24 hour, 7 day a week answering service that will relay your message to a manager.
The following are tips that will help you get the most out of your visit with Look Great MD:
- Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your initial appointment or consultation. This allows time for the completion of health history paperwork.
- We kindly request that young children not accompany you to your appointments.
